Hi, I'm Jackie.
I'm a Certified Nutritionist specializing in women's health and functional nutrition. For the past several years, I've been helping women cut through the noise in the wellness industry and find what actually works — backed by evidence, not just good branding.
My journey into nutrition started the way a lot of people's do: I was tired. Not the "I need more sleep" kind of tired, but the deep, persistent fatigue that makes you wonder if something is fundamentally off. I tried everything — the green juices, the adaptogens, the expensive multivitamins that promised the world. Most of them did nothing.
What finally moved the needle was going back to basics. Whole foods. Nutrient-dense eating. And eventually, rediscovering what our grandparents already knew: organ meats are some of the most nutritionally complete foods on the planet. That realization changed my career trajectory and led me to specialize in helping women optimize their nutrition through both diet and strategic supplementation.
Why I Started Reviewing Supplements
After years of clients asking me "what should I actually take?" and watching them waste hundreds of dollars on products that didn't deliver, I decided to start doing what I do best: reading research, analyzing labels, and testing products myself — for months at a time, not days.
Every review I publish follows the same rigorous process:
- Minimum 3-week testing period for every product, with my top picks tested for 4+ months
- Daily energy and wellness tracking across five checkpoints throughout the day
- Label and ingredient verification — I read every supplement facts panel and request third-party test documentation
- Physical markers — tracking nail growth, hair texture, skin quality, and digestive comfort weekly
- Honest assessment — I pay for every product myself and accept no payment for placement in my reviews
My Philosophy
I believe in transparency over hype. I'd rather recommend one truly excellent product than ten mediocre ones. If something doesn't pass my standards, it doesn't make the list — regardless of how popular it is or how many influencers are promoting it.
I also believe that supplements should supplement a good diet, not replace it. You'll never hear me say a pill is a substitute for real food. But I also recognize that modern life makes it hard to get everything we need from diet alone — and that's where smart, evidence-based supplementation comes in.
